An orangey, spicy Brazilian recipe for mulled wine easily translates into mulled juice. Take 4 cups grape juice, cranberry juice, or currant juice and pour into a large saucepan with 2 cups water, 1 sliced orange, 2 slices peeled ginger root, 5 cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks, and ⅓ cup sugar.
