Ginger Soy Sauce
This sauce is amazing to use as a marinade for meats, seafood and/or vegetables. I have used it with tempura fried vegetables and as a salad dressing too.
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons finely minced ginger
2 tablespoons finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Shiracha
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
12 cilantro sprigs, chopped finely
