We attended the Winemaker Dinner hosted by Hugh Davies of Schramsberg Vineyards and J. Davies Estate. They make spectacular sparkling wine, and their still wines are beautiful also.
The reception began on the beautiful Vineyard Deck or Estate Cave at the Meritage Resort & Spa, where delicious hors d’oeuvres and sparkling wine were generously served. Upon the sun settling in the vineyards, we retreated into our underground Estate Cave.
